Lead and execute enterprise IT strategy and operations for a defense contractor, overseeing infrastructure, networks, cloud, identity, endpoints, collaboration, DevOps, governance, compliance (CMMC/NIST/DFARS/RMF), budgeting, vendor management, incident response, and IT staff development to meet DoD mission and contractual requirements.

Translate business needs into analytical frameworks, build predictive/diagnostic models, ensure data governance and pipeline integrity, mentor junior analysts, document technical processes, and communicate findings to executive stakeholders.

Support Configuration Management for DoD PLM implementations: maintain baselines, control releases, coordinate changes across engineering, logistics, supply and program management, and ensure configuration status accounting and documentation accuracy.

Support configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of secure LAN/WAN and C4ISR network environments using Cisco technologies. Work with US Government engineers and cyber teams, participate in lab testing, implement network and security tools, document configurations and procedures, and travel OCONUS up to 25%. Requires active U.S. national security clearance.

Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation (user manuals, ICDs, SOPs, test plans, training materials) for defense systems. Collaborate with engineers and program managers to translate complex technical concepts, ensure DoD compliance, establish documentation frameworks, provide on-demand support, and proofread for clarity and accuracy.

Lead design, implementation, and management of secure, complex networks supporting FMS programs. Collaborate with government engineers on C4ISR and operational networks, integrate Cisco products, troubleshoot and resolve network issues, evaluate security solutions, perform site surveys, document designs, administer systems/VMware, support COMSEC, and produce training materials. Up to 25% OCONUS travel; U.S. security clearance required.
