Support data validation, UAT, test case development, issue tracking, compliance with DoD documentation standards, and create training materials. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to enable enterprise PLM integrations and ongoing operations.

Support configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of secure LAN/WAN and C4ISR network environments using Cisco technologies. Work with US Government engineers and cyber teams, participate in lab testing, implement network and security tools, document configurations and procedures, and travel OCONUS up to 25%. Requires active U.S. national security clearance.

Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation (user manuals, ICDs, SOPs, test plans, training materials) for defense systems. Collaborate with engineers and program managers to translate complex technical concepts, ensure DoD compliance, establish documentation frameworks, provide on-demand support, and proofread for clarity and accuracy.
