Leads end-to-end product design for complex digital products, translating ambiguous business and technical requirements into scalable user experiences, interaction models, system behaviors, and high-fidelity prototypes. Document and maintain SOPs, technical manuals, system specifications, and migration plans for PLM implementations. Support data validation, UAT, test case development, issue tracking, compliance with DoD documentation standards, and create training materials. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to enable enterprise PLM integrations and ongoing operations.

Design, develop, and maintain standardized Adobe Captivate courseware frameworks and reusable components. Implement HTML5/CSS/JavaScript customizations, SCORM-compliant packaging, accessibility (Section 508/WCAG) support, QA, and LMS integration. Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and artists to translate requirements into reusable templates and enforce UI/navigation standards, source control, and publishing processes for defense training programs.
