Supervise and coach Behavior Therapists delivering ABA services in school, Friday, and summer programs. Design and adjust individualized ABA plans with BCBAs, monitor progress, develop behavior interventions, run team meetings, prepare reports, and maintain 35 billable hours weekly while collaborating with teachers and case managers.

Lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and supervise BTs and Program Supervisors. Deliver parent training, maintain 30 billable hours weekly, collaborate within a pod model to ensure clinical consistency, and contribute to training, QA, and curriculum development in a center-based ABA setting.
