Provide telehealth clinical supervision for school-based ABA services: design and monitor data-driven treatment plans, supervise and train behavior therapists, collaborate with teachers and districts, lead team meetings, maintain 30 billable hours weekly, prepare progress reports, and deliver parent training for Friday and summer programs.

Supervise and mentor behavior technicians while collaborating with BCBAs to implement individualized ABA programs. Monitor client progress, assist with assessments and behavior plans, provide coaching and performance feedback, maintain clinical documentation, and partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
