Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians while collaborating with BCBAs to implement individualized ABA treatment programs. Monitor client progress, support assessments and behavior intervention planning, maintain clinical documentation, lead play-based learning activities, and communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams. The role is designed for master's-level ABA professionals pursuing BCBA certification and provides structured supervision, fieldwork opportunities, and leadership development.

Lead center-based ABA clinical operations and supervise clinical supervisors and BCBAs. Oversee client intake through treatment, conduct and review FBAs, ensure QA and data-driven treatment planning, maintain up to 25 billable hours/week, develop training/onboarding, support hiring, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
