Teams at Accel Therapies

Lead center-based ABA clinical teams, supervise Clinical Supervisors, oversee client intake through care, conduct and review FBAs, ensure QA and data-driven treatment, provide up to 25 billable hours/week of clinical oversight, develop training/onboarding, support hiring, and collaborate on strategic growth initiatives.

Provide clinical supervision as a BCBA: conduct assessments, create data-driven treatment plans, mentor staff, deliver parent training, maintain 30 billable hours weekly, and contribute to training and QA initiatives.

Provide clinical supervision as a BCBA: lead functional assessments, create data-driven treatment plans, mentor and supervise BTs and Program Supervisors, deliver parent training, maintain 30 billable hours weekly, collaborate within a pod model, and contribute to training, QA, and curriculum development.
