Leads the organization-wide training strategy, including onboarding, role-specific education, leadership development, compliance training, and facilitator development. Oversees curriculum and learning experience design across clinical and operational teams, leverages LMS and AI-enabled tools, measures training effectiveness, and drives continuous improvement. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts to address skill gaps and build scalable learning systems. Requires an active BCBA certification, relevant master’s degree, and experience in behavior analysis and learning and development.
