Lead center-based ABA clinical operations and supervise clinical supervisors and BCBAs. Oversee client intake through treatment, conduct and review FBAs, ensure QA and data-driven treatment planning, maintain up to 25 billable hours/week, develop training/onboarding, support hiring, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and supervise BTs and Program Supervisors. Deliver parent training, maintain 30 billable hours weekly, collaborate within a pod model to ensure clinical consistency, and contribute to training, QA, and curriculum development in a center-based ABA setting.

Provide clinical supervision as a BCBA: lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, supervise and mentor BTs and program supervisors, deliver parent training, maintain 30 billable hours/week, collaborate within a pod model, and contribute to training, QA, and curriculum development in a center-based ABA setting.
