Supervise and mentor behavior technicians while collaborating with BCBAs to implement individualized ABA programs. Monitor client progress, assist with assessments and behavior plans, provide coaching and performance feedback, maintain clinical documentation, and partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.

Provide remote clinical leadership and QA for multiple ABA centers: mentor supervisors and BCBAs, review FBAs, ensure treatment integrity, analyze data, support intake-to-treatment processes, and drive clinical standardization and growth while maintaining 30 billable oversight hours weekly.

Provide clinical supervision as a BCBA: lead assessments, create data-driven treatment plans, mentor RBTs and supervisors, deliver parent training, maintain 30 billable hours, support QA and training, and contribute to curriculum and research collaborations.
