Leads player loyalty and promotions strategy, including program design, acquisition, retention, segmentation, personalized offers, player events, and lifecycle communications. Owns campaign performance, budgets, reinvestment economics, dashboards, and promotional ROI. Develops the loyalty and promotions team, enables customer-facing teams, manages vendors, and partners cross-functionally to ensure regulatory, privacy, responsible-gaming, and operational compliance.

Administer and enhance Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, declarative configuration, access and data governance, reporting, testing, deployments, integrations, platform health, user support, training, and adoption. The role also evaluates new Salesforce capabilities, supports regulated change controls, and collaborates with technology and business teams across multiple markets.

Administer and configure Workday, troubleshoot issues, support and train users, and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics. Analyze business requirements, configure solutions, manage release testing, document processes, and support Workday initiatives. Ensure SOX compliance through audits, internal controls, segregation-of-duties reviews, and coordination with internal and external auditors. Requires Workday Payroll experience and understanding of HR, finance, IT, and ERP integrations.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, preparation of executive materials, confidential information handling, communications, action-item tracking, and follow-up. The role also supports budgets, invoices, purchase requests, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives while exercising discretion and managing competing priorities.

Manage end-to-end technology projects spanning business systems, data, AI, and custom applications. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, testing, change management, UAT, go-live readiness, post-launch support, documentation, and governance. The role partners with business and technical teams while maintaining project records in Jira and ensuring successful implementation of systems, data, and processes.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned partner establishments, drive GGR objectives, conduct regular on-site visits, resolve operational issues, analyze account performance, educate partners on products and compliance, coordinate internal teams, and support marketing and promotional initiatives to maximize partner success.
