Manage and grow relationships with assigned partner establishments to drive retention and revenue. Meet Gross Gaming Revenue targets, perform regular on-site visits, resolve operational issues, analyze account performance, educate partners on products and compliance, collaborate with internal teams and marketing, and maintain accurate account records.

Lead the internal audit function including risk-based annual audit planning, execution of audit engagements, SOX compliance, regulatory audit programs, and reporting. Manage and develop audit staff, coordinate co-sourced resources, engage senior management and external auditors, identify control gaps, and drive remediation to strengthen financial, operational, compliance, and IT controls.

Manage and grow a portfolio of route-gaming accounts through consultative sales, regular on-site visits, marketing collaboration, competitor acquisition, CRM (Salesforce) updates, and quarterly performance reviews to increase terminal income and retention.
