Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, payroll oversight, accounts payable, daily census and office operations. Supervise reception/office staff, support budgeting and audits, coordinate with clinical and corporate teams, handle vendor inquiries and financial reporting for a senior living facility.

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility: supervise CNAs, administer medications and IV therapy within scope, document care per regulations, coordinate with physicians and care team, participate in case management and staff meetings, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies.

Performs medication technician and direct resident care duties: assists with ADLs, administers and documents medications, maintains medication inventory and narcotic counts, monitors resident condition, communicates with supervisors and physicians, conducts activities for residents (including dementia care), follows OSHA and facility policies, and completes required training/certifications.

Provide meal service and after-meal cleanup in a skilled nursing facility: set up and break down dining trays, operate dishwasher, follow diet cards, prepare nourishments, maintain sanitation, and communicate with the culinary team.

Provide direct care and medication assistance to residents, support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), document clinical records, assist with medication orders and inventory, communicate changes to healthcare providers, and participate in recreational activities.

Manage end-to-end billing and collections for skilled nursing, residential, and grant-funded programs. Oversee claim submission, denial resolution, payer authorizations, AR metrics, staff supervision, NetSuite reconciliation, and billing process improvements ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting: administer medications and treatments, supervise LVNs/CNAs, coordinate with physicians and disciplines, document care per regulations, participate in care planning and meetings, ensure resident safety and HIPAA compliance.
