Teams at ACC Senior Services

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting: administer medications and treatments, supervise LVNs/CNAs, coordinate with physicians and disciplines, document care per regulations, participate in care planning and meetings, ensure resident safety and HIPAA compliance.

Performs medication technician and direct resident care duties: assists with ADLs, administers and documents medications, maintains medication inventory and narcotic counts, monitors resident condition, communicates with supervisors and physicians, conducts activities for residents (including dementia care), follows OSHA and facility policies, and completes required training/certifications.

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility: supervise CNAs, administer medications and IV therapy within scope, document care per regulations, coordinate with physicians and care team, participate in case management and staff meetings, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and corporate policies.
