Leads planning, execution, monitoring, and change management for cross-functional organizational projects. Develops project plans, manages resources and risks, coordinates stakeholders, tracks progress, resolves issues, and provides status updates. Supports workflow improvements, process documentation, staff training, knowledge sharing, and implementation of new systems and tools.

Develops and executes individual giving strategy, manages donor pipelines and portfolios, oversees annual fund campaigns, and drives donor stewardship, cultivation, and solicitations. Maintains Salesforce moves management, reporting, and data integrity; supervises the Individual Giving Specialist; coordinates donor engagement events, vendors, budgets, and campaign communications. Partners with development leadership and board members on prospect research, donor briefings, meeting preparation, and fundraising execution.

Part-time instructors, teaching assistants, and tutors deliver adult education and workforce training in academic, IT, healthcare, property management, project management, and medical administration subjects. Responsibilities include classroom, virtual, laboratory, clinical, and individual instruction; certification exam preparation; student support; attendance and classroom management; and use of instructional technology. Candidates need relevant degrees, professional certifications, field experience, and—in most instructional roles—teaching, training, mentoring, or coaching experience.
