Lead the university's integrated marketing strategy to strengthen market position and enrollment. Oversee paid media, digital acquisition, CRM nurture, analytics, attribution, forecasting, agency/vendor performance, and cross‑functional alignment with Admissions, Finance, and academic leaders. Drive measurable growth for undergraduate, graduate, online, domestic and international audiences, and deploy emerging technologies including AI and automation to improve personalization and ROI.

Supports continuing, new, and international students with financial aid and student account matters. Evaluates financial need, reviews documentation, packages awards, applies federal, state, and institutional regulations, and advises students and parents on eligibility and responsibilities. Tracks incomplete aid files, loan documents, refunds, and account balances; assists with collections and debt resolution; reviews NSLDS and COD records; and coordinates with university departments to resolve funding gaps.

Design, develop, test, document, and support enterprise PeopleSoft applications (Campus Solutions). Translate business needs into technical specs, implement upgrades and integrations (including Oracle SFP, Brightspace, Salesforce), provide production support, train users, and recommend best practices for PeopleSoft data exchange and system maintenance.
