Requires hands-on expertise with video editing software, cameras, audio, lighting, studio workflows, and evolving production technologies, along with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Lead the university's integrated marketing strategy to strengthen market position and enrollment. Oversee paid media, digital acquisition, CRM nurture, analytics, attribution, forecasting, agency/vendor performance, and cross‑functional alignment with Admissions, Finance, and academic leaders. Drive measurable growth for undergraduate, graduate, online, domestic and international audiences, and deploy emerging technologies including AI and automation to improve personalization and ROI.

Provides front-desk customer service and administrative support for the School of Fashion. Responsibilities include answering calls, managing calendars and files, coordinating faculty and student support, processing maintenance and curriculum requests, tracking grades and attendance in the LMS, arranging travel and expenses, supporting events, and maintaining building equipment and inventory.

Develop, customize, test, document, integrate, upgrade, and support enterprise-wide PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications. Translate business and reporting requirements into technical specifications, build integrations with systems such as Salesforce and Brightspace LMS, provide production and implementation support, recommend system standards, and train end users and technical staff. The role requires strong PeopleSoft development expertise, troubleshooting ability, communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a remote team environment.

Maintains curriculum and academic data across PeopleSoft, learning management, and student information systems. Responsibilities include processing course and schedule changes, managing faculty assignments, maintaining syllabi and learning outcomes, preparing reports and catalog updates, and resolving system issues. The role requires strong data integrity, quality assurance, testing, error analysis, Excel and macro skills, and meticulous attention to detail. This is a fully remote, Monday-to-Friday position.
