Manages employee health, welfare, retirement, and related benefits programs for California and out-of-state employees. Oversees 401(k) operations, compliance reporting, audits, reconciliations, billing, regulatory notices, plan documents, and annual open enrollment. Partners with brokers, Payroll, Finance, and HRIS teams; leads process improvements and provides guidance to HR staff while ensuring accurate, compliant, and responsive employee support.

Design, develop, test, document, and support enterprise PeopleSoft applications (Campus Solutions). Translate business needs into technical specs, implement upgrades and integrations (including Oracle SFP, Brightspace, Salesforce), provide production support, train users, and recommend best practices for PeopleSoft data exchange and system maintenance.
