Collaborates with instructors, video professionals, instructional media producers, and management to maintain quality standards, develop creative production approaches, and meet deadlines. Requires hands-on expertise with video editing software, cameras, audio, lighting, studio workflows, and evolving production technologies, along with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Lead the university's integrated marketing strategy to strengthen market position and enrollment. Oversee paid media, digital acquisition, CRM nurture, analytics, attribution, forecasting, agency/vendor performance, and cross‑functional alignment with Admissions, Finance, and academic leaders. Drive measurable growth for undergraduate, graduate, online, domestic and international audiences, and deploy emerging technologies including AI and automation to improve personalization and ROI.

Provides front-desk customer service and administrative support for the School of Fashion. Responsibilities include answering calls, managing calendars and files, coordinating faculty and student support, processing maintenance and curriculum requests, tracking grades and attendance in the LMS, arranging travel and expenses, supporting events, and maintaining building equipment and inventory.
