Lead Agile teams and facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, iteration and PI planning, delivery governance, RAID and ROAM risk management, cross-team dependency resolution, stakeholder communications, change implementation, escalation management, and executive reporting. Leads instructional design consulting engagements, including learning solution design, proposal development, prototypes, course audits, curriculum development, and training materials. Provides senior-level design guidance, mentors team members, ensures delivery quality, and collaborates with education and workforce-development stakeholders. Contributes thought leadership through industry articles, social media strategy, and best-practice content.

Lead automation engineering for digital content production and publishing workflows. Responsibilities include developing scripts, automating repetitive processes, transforming structured content, troubleshooting workflow issues, monitoring publishing pipelines, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with editorial, production, and technology teams. The role also identifies process improvement opportunities and communicates risks, dependencies, and blockers.
