Designs graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for eLearning courses and digital media. Translates storyboards, scripts, and instructional content into accessible, learner-friendly visuals while following brand and design standards. Collaborates with instructional designers, media specialists, subject matter experts, motion graphic designers, and video editors. Uses Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning development tools, and supports digital learning experiences across LMS platforms.

Leads the architecture and delivery of scalable cloud-based enterprise and LMS platforms. Responsibilities include microservices and system design, cloud strategy, DevOps and CI/CD, performance and security, stakeholder collaboration, project delivery, pre-sales support, architecture reviews, and team mentorship. The role requires hands-on technical leadership across software development, distributed systems, integrations, and enterprise platforms, with preferred EdTech/LMS experience and exposure to AI/ML.

Lead Agile teams and facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, iteration and PI planning, delivery governance, RAID and ROAM risk management, cross-team dependency resolution, stakeholder communications, change implementation, escalation management, and executive reporting. The role coordinates delivery across multiple teams and workstreams, supports issue resolution and consensus-building, and ensures predictable outcomes using Agile project management tools.
