We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Recruiter with 2+ years of strong experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will specialize in hiring for IT and technical roles, while also supporting recruitment for digital production, content, media, publishing, and EdTech as needed. This role requires end-to-end recruitment ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to build high-performing talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Technical Recruitment (Primary Focus) – Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, IT Support, and Data Engineers.
✔ Cross-Functional Hiring Support – Assist in hiring for Digital Production, Content, Media, Publishing, PMO, and EdTech roles based on business needs.
✔ Talent Sourcing – Use platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, Stack Overflow, Monster, Indeed, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
✔ Stakeholder Management – Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and recruitment strategy.
✔ Interview Coordination – Screen candidates, manage assessments, and coordinate with interview panels to ensure a seamless process.
✔ Offer & Onboarding – Drive offer negotiations, rollouts, and coordinate onboarding with relevant teams.
✔ ATS & Recruitment Workflow – Utilize ATS and CRM tools for tracking, reporting, and optimizing the hiring process.
✔ Market Intelligence – Stay current on technical hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.

🔹 Exposure to hiring in media, content, digital production, and EdTech is a plus
