The Senior AI Engineer will design, implement, and maintain AI systems in Unreal Engine 5, collaborating with various teams to enhance AI behaviors and performance, while mentoring others and ensuring best practices.

Lead planning and execution of voiceover and performance capture shoots, build and maintain production schedules, coordinate talent/studios/vendors, track deliverables across Narrative/Audio/Animation/Cinematics teams, prepare call sheets and scripts, identify and mitigate risks, process SAG talent payments, and support marketing audio needs to ensure assets are captured and delivered on schedule.

Lead ML strategy and integrate ML into real-time game systems and toolchains. Design and deploy LLM techniques, build training and inference pipelines for on-device and real-time models, prototype ML-driven gameplay features, analyze telemetry for personalization, and mentor engineers.
