Lead paid marketing across social, search, programmatic, and out-of-home channels while managing budget and agency partners. Build experimentation programs, lifecycle and referral initiatives, product-qualified signals, attribution, and growth dashboards. Partner with Product, Data, Sales, and RevOps to connect clinician adoption to enterprise pipeline, develop AI-enabled workflows, and advise marketing teams on growth strategy.

Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial close coordination. Build scalable accounting workflows and automate reporting and insight generation using AI tools. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable insights, while supporting finance leadership with board presentations, investor materials, and executive reporting.

Leads Abridge’s approximately 25-person Customer Support, Technical Support, and knowledgebase organization. Owns support strategy, staffing, budget, KPIs, scalability, leadership development, customer escalations, and partner experience. Drives AI-enabled support capabilities while preserving empathy and quality, and collaborates with Partner Success, Clinical Strategy, Implementation, Product, and Engineering leaders to improve customer satisfaction, trust, and retention.

Lead clinical success for Abridge’s generative AI platform by training clinicians, supporting adoption, managing clinical champions, gathering product feedback, shaping product strategy, tracking utilization and impact metrics, and demonstrating capabilities to prospective customers. The role requires clinical experience, Epic expertise, understanding of documentation workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and up to 20% travel.

Manage clinical success for federal accounts by enabling clinicians, supporting implementations, developing clinical champions, providing workflow and product support, tracking adoption metrics, and communicating feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires clinical experience, strong knowledge of EHR documentation workflows, healthcare regulations, stakeholder relationship management, and initiative leadership. Federal clinical practice or informatics, clinical education, and startup experience are preferred.

Own commercial strategy for new B2B healthcare technology offers, including segmentation, targeting, pricing, packaging, economic modeling, buyer research, and sales motions. Develop and test commercial theses, translate pricing into field-ready guidance, evaluate performance, and recommend changes. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, Marketing, and Enablement to move ambiguous opportunities from initial hypothesis through launch and handoff.

Manage core People Operations activities including HR support tickets, HRIS administration, onboarding, benefits, workers’ compensation, compliance reporting, audits, and employee lifecycle processes. Partner with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT to improve employee experiences and build scalable processes. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, independent prioritization, and a proactive approach in a fast-growing startup.

Own end-to-end recruiting for interns and early-career talent, primarily software engineering. Build Abridge’s early talent hiring strategy, source candidates through universities and alternative talent channels, partner with engineering leaders on evaluation processes, deliver a strong candidate experience, analyze pipeline outcomes, and scale recruiting systems and partnerships.

Provides product legal counsel across design, launch, and post-launch activities. Advises product and engineering teams on privacy, healthcare regulation, AI/ML compliance, consumer protection, intellectual property, disclosures, and marketing claims. Develops scalable legal processes, monitors emerging regulations, coordinates with external counsel, and translates complex legal issues into practical guidance for cross-functional teams.

Senior commercial counsel responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing complex government contracts and ensuring compliance with FAR and agency-specific requirements. Advises across government sales, solicitations, bids, implementation, product development, and ongoing compliance. Partner with auditors, Legal, Deal Desk, FinOps, Systems, and executives while supporting IPO and public-company readiness.

Responsibilities include managing project plans, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live activities, risks, issues, adoption, and process improvement. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, develops implementation strategies, supports new site activations and expansions, and may manage scaled teams. Requires 7+ years of project management experience focused on software deployment and implementation, with approximately 40% travel.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Platform Engineering and Machine Learning teams, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and closing. Partner with engineering leaders, build passive-talent pipelines, promote inclusive hiring, strengthen employer branding, optimize recruiting processes, and provide market and recruiting-metrics insights. The role requires hybrid work at least three days per week in the San Francisco or New York City office.

Lead Abridge’s New York engineering presence while owning a business-critical product area from ambiguity through enterprise-scale delivery. Establish engineering culture, quality standards, and execution practices; hire and mentor engineers; set technical direction and make architecture decisions; partner with product and design; and contribute hands-on when needed. The role requires five days per week in Abridge’s SoHo office and emphasizes AI-native engineering, startup experience, and team growth.

The Director of Value Attainment & Analysis owns healthcare economics and ROI frameworks, calculators, and customer business cases. The role partners with sales, product, analytics, and customer success teams to quantify financial, workforce, operational, and clinical value. Responsibilities include engaging senior healthcare executives, developing scalable ROI reporting, supporting new business and expansion opportunities, and educating commercial teams on healthcare economics and value articulation.

Technical leader responsible for designing and scaling corporate IT infrastructure through workflow automation, API integrations, IAM automation, enterprise data engineering, and business systems deployment.
