Serve as the first dedicated legal counsel for Abridge’s Life Sciences business, advising product, engineering, and commercial teams on regulatory, privacy, and compliance issues (HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, FDA, FTC, fraud and abuse). Draft and negotiate contracts, build legal strategy and guardrails for zero-to-one product development, coordinate with external counsel, and monitor evolving AI and healthcare regulations to enable compliant product deployment.
