Support sourcing and talent pipeline development for engineering, data science, AI, and credit risk roles. Responsibilities include researching candidates, using sourcing platforms, writing personalized outreach, maintaining ATS records, conducting talent mapping, tracking pipeline metrics, and partnering with Talent Partners and hiring managers. As an AI Engineer, you will develop Generative AI applications for consumer lending, integrating AI with internal systems and ensuring reliability in operations. This includes prototyping solutions, collaborating with global teams, and staying updated on AI trends.

Lead a small engineering team to adapt, deploy and operate Abound's lending platform in Spain. Remain hands-on in Python development while owning solution architecture, local integrations, regulatory compliance adaptations, operational resilience, and production support. Coordinate with Product, Risk, Operations and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable third-party integrations and ensure successful localisation and launch of the Spanish business.

As a Data Engineer, you'll optimize the Data Lake and develop pipelines for data-driven decision-making, collaborating with Data Science for efficiency.
