Teams at Abound

Lead a small engineering team to adapt, deploy and operate Abound's lending platform in Spain. Remain hands-on in Python development while owning solution architecture, local integrations, regulatory compliance adaptations, operational resilience, and production support. Coordinate with Product, Risk, Operations and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable third-party integrations and ensure successful localisation and launch of the Spanish business.

The Chief of Staff to the CTO will enhance the technology organization's execution, accountability, and performance by improving operations, aligning teams to priorities, and facilitating cross-team coordination while reducing the CTO's operational burden.

As a Data Engineer, you'll optimize the Data Lake and develop pipelines for data-driven decision-making, collaborating with Data Science for efficiency.
