Supervise janitorial staff and support facility operations at a sports and entertainment venue. Responsibilities include building inspections, work order tracking, vendor coordination, client relations, budgeting, payroll and inventory support, staff onboarding and training, safety compliance, performance management, procurement, reporting, and incident documentation. The role also assists with service expansion, operational improvements, and contract and financial objectives.

Serves as an on-site HR consultant and employee champion for a large hourly workforce. Advises leaders on employee relations, labor relations, compliance, performance management, staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and workforce planning. Handles investigations and grievances, analyzes workforce metrics, supports onboarding and leadership development, mitigates employment-law risk, and partners with HR centers of excellence to improve retention, engagement, productivity, and customer outcomes.

Installs, inspects, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial irrigation systems. Responsibilities include repairing sprinkler heads, valves, drip systems, controllers, and piping; programming timers; monitoring water usage; performing preventative and emergency repairs; maintaining service records; and supporting grounds maintenance teams. The role requires outdoor physical work, safe work practices, and travel between sites.
