Manage a scaled B2B SaaS customer portfolio of creators and digital entrepreneurs, driving retention, expansion, feature adoption, and revenue growth. Use customer health data, performance reviews, webinars, targeted content, and proactive outreach to reduce churn and improve customer outcomes. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product/DevOps on seller-facing programs, troubleshoot payment and billing issues, and host recurring live webinars in German.

Own ablefy’s entire product portfolio, roadmap, AI transformation, product operating model, commercial outcomes, metrics, and discovery practice. Lead and develop product managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Drive portfolio coherence across creator tools, commerce, checkout, payments, and buyer experiences, with accountability for measurable business results and an AI-native product organization.

Lead an eight-month product management mandate covering seller sign-up, verification, onboarding, offer and pricing setup, checkout, and partner APIs. Own the roadmap, prioritization, cross-functional delivery, conversion and revenue improvements, team focus, and a clean handback. Improve activation, time to first sale, checkout conversion, and partner-generated revenue while collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, support, designers, partners, and sellers.

Own the end-to-end user experience for a key platform area, covering research, information architecture, interaction design, visual execution, prototyping, testing, specifications, and design-system improvements. Use AI-assisted code prototyping to validate concepts with users, collaborate closely with engineers, and evaluate shipped work through product metrics and feedback.

The Data Analyst will own analytics projects, develop customer-facing data products, conduct quantitative analysis, and drive decision-making through data insights.
