Manage a scaled B2B SaaS customer portfolio of creators and digital entrepreneurs, driving retention, expansion, feature adoption, and revenue growth. Use customer health data, performance reviews, webinars, targeted content, and proactive outreach to reduce churn and improve customer outcomes. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product/DevOps on seller-facing programs, troubleshoot payment and billing issues, and host recurring live webinars in German.

Leads support systems automation and knowledge operations, prioritizing the backlog by expected impact, building integrations and API-based workflows, monitoring production processes, and measuring automation performance. The role translates undocumented support procedures into documentation and automated actions, coordinates with RevOps, Product, Finance, and Legal, leads a small team, and continues handling support cases when needed.

Own and improve the software delivery platform from pull request to production. Responsibilities include designing CI/CD pipelines, managing AWS infrastructure with Terraform, improving observability and reliability, supporting incident response, implementing security and compliance controls, and enabling product teams to own their services. The role also involves cost visibility, internal developer tooling, automated verification, and adapting release processes for AI-assisted software development.
