Leads Abilis’s comprehensive fundraising and advancement program, including major gifts, annual and planned giving, grants, corporate partnerships, events, donor stewardship, and community engagement. Sets revenue goals, manages budgets, supervises development staff, cultivates high-capacity donors, partners with the CEO and board, oversees compliance and reporting, and builds sustainable philanthropic support.

Supervise and manage a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include coordinating resident plans, providing direct care and crisis support, supervising and training staff, managing schedules and records, ensuring licensing and safety compliance, coordinating facility and vehicle maintenance, supporting community integration, and communicating with families and agency programs.

Serves as the organization’s first point of contact by managing calls, visitors, mail, deliveries, security procedures, vehicle logs, payments, records, supplies, and office support. Assists with clerical skill development for individuals served while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and administrative judgment.

Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising and community events; manage budgets, vendors, volunteers, and committees; solicit sponsors and donors; handle invitations, onsite logistics, and post-event reconciliation; manage development-related social media and collaborate with senior leadership and Finance.

Provide employment-related services for participants with developmental disabilities: develop and support individualized employment plans, build employer relationships, teach job and social skills, supervise worksites and transportation, complete documentation and billing, implement behavior supports, and provide on-site coverage and staff training to ensure successful competitive employment.

Maintain and inspect residential and commercial facilities, perform preventative maintenance and basic electrical/plumbing/carpentry repairs, coordinate contractors, track work orders, support fleet and exterior maintenance, and report on projects to Operations leadership.

Support day-to-day operations of Glenville-based businesses serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Coordinate schedules, transportation, staffing, supplies, and program records; supervise participants, respond to emergencies, maintain CPR and medication certifications, track time and payroll, and facilitate communication across programs.
