Manage accounts payable by processing and reconciling vendor invoices and payments, maintaining records, supporting month-end close and audits, ensuring 1099/W-9 compliance, resolving vendor disputes, and assisting managers with financial documentation.

Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising and community events; manage budgets, vendors, volunteers, and committees; solicit sponsors and donors; handle invitations, onsite logistics, and post-event reconciliation; manage development-related social media and collaborate with senior leadership and Finance.

Provide employment-related services for participants with developmental disabilities: develop and support individualized employment plans, build employer relationships, teach job and social skills, supervise worksites and transportation, complete documentation and billing, implement behavior supports, and provide on-site coverage and staff training to ensure successful competitive employment.
