Supports HR administrative, compliance, and project tasks, including overtime auditing, LMS maintenance, staff training tracking, Paycom job-description audits, job posting updates, vacancy verification, filing, data entry, and special projects. Collaborates with managers, HR staff, Accounting, and program leaders while maintaining confidentiality and accurate employee records.

Leads Abilis’s comprehensive fundraising and advancement program, including major gifts, annual and planned giving, grants, corporate partnerships, events, donor stewardship, and community engagement. Sets revenue goals, manages budgets, supervises development staff, cultivates high-capacity donors, partners with the CEO and board, oversees compliance and reporting, and builds sustainable philanthropic support.

Serves as the organization’s first point of contact by managing calls, visitors, mail, deliveries, security procedures, vehicle logs, payments, records, supplies, and office support. Assists with clerical skill development for individuals served while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and administrative judgment.
