Leads full-cycle recruitment for faculty, staff, student, temporary, leadership, and other roles. Partners with hiring managers and search committees on sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, compliance, candidate experience, and onboarding transitions. Manages recruiting workflows and data in Workday, develops talent pipelines, supports employer branding, prepares recruiting reports, and improves hiring processes and governance across the university.

Leads and administers ACU’s fully online Educational Psychology graduate program, including curriculum planning, accreditation compliance, budgeting, faculty recruitment and evaluation, clinical supervision, student advising, and retention initiatives. Teaches graduate courses, supports online pedagogy and course improvement, maintains scholarly research and publication, participates in university governance, and integrates ACU’s Christian mission into teaching and mentorship.

Teach undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in operations management, information systems, data analytics, and applied artificial intelligence. Maintain scholarly academic status through peer-reviewed research, presentations, and professional development. Mentor students, participate in experiential learning and external-client projects, and complete departmental, college, and university service. Provide part-time supervision and instruction of nursing students in clinical and simulation/lab settings.
