Build and expand education partnership accounts through sales, negotiation, relationship management, and promotion of degree, certification, and professional development pathways. Engage education leaders, develop outreach campaigns, meet enrollment goals, manage Salesforce records, facilitate partnership agreements, and connect partners with enrollment and student-success teams. The role requires education administration experience, strong communication, client-management skills, an advanced degree, and limited travel.

Leads athletics marketing and fan engagement strategy to increase attendance, ticket sales, revenue, visibility, and student participation. Develops promotional campaigns, game-day experiences, sponsorship activations, marketing calendars, and community outreach initiatives. Supervises marketing staff, graduate assistants, interns, and event workers; coordinates event staffing and special athletics events; prepares performance reports; and collaborates with campus organizations, creative services, sponsors, coaches, and athletics leadership.

Leads full-cycle recruitment for faculty, staff, student, temporary, leadership, and other roles. Partners with hiring managers and search committees on sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, compliance, candidate experience, and onboarding transitions. Manages recruiting workflows and data in Workday, develops talent pipelines, supports employer branding, prepares recruiting reports, and improves hiring processes and governance across the university.

Leads and administers ACU’s fully online Educational Psychology graduate program, including curriculum planning, accreditation compliance, budgeting, faculty recruitment and evaluation, clinical supervision, student advising, and retention initiatives. Teaches graduate courses, supports online pedagogy and course improvement, maintains scholarly research and publication, participates in university governance, and integrates ACU’s Christian mission into teaching and mentorship.

Teach undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in operations management, information systems, data analytics, and applied artificial intelligence. Maintain scholarly academic status through peer-reviewed research, presentations, and professional development. Mentor students, participate in experiential learning and external-client projects, and complete departmental, college, and university service. Candidates must support ACU’s Christian mission and provide academic and church-related recommendations and statements.

Teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses in residential and online programs; maintain Scholarly Academic status through peer-reviewed research, presentations, and professional development; mentor students; and contribute to departmental, college, and university service. Candidates must support ACU’s Christian mission, hold an earned doctorate or terminal accounting degree (ABD considered), demonstrate accounting expertise and research or professional experience, and show proven or promising university teaching ability.

Administer and process biweekly payrolls for faculty, staff, students, and temps. Perform payroll calculations, reconciliations, tax and deduction processing, timekeeping review, Workday payroll administration, compliance monitoring, reporting, audits, and employee support. Coordinate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and ADP tax services; support year-end activities and process improvements.

Teach electrical or mechanical engineering and foundational engineering courses; develop curriculum and labs; mentor students; supervise capstone teams; support ABET accreditation and departmental initiatives; assist with lab management, administrative duties, and industry outreach while integrating faith and service into teaching.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering responsible for undergraduate and graduate teaching, developing experiential labs and courses, mentoring and advising students, supervising capstone projects, establishing an undergraduate-focused research program with student involvement, pursuing external funding and publishing, and participating in service activities including curriculum development, faculty governance, industry partnerships, and accreditation (ABET) efforts.
