Coordinates academic support services for assigned Olympic sports and advises at-risk student-athletes. Monitors degree progress and eligibility, facilitates study halls and orientation, liaises with faculty and athletic staff, collects academic data for NCAA and conference reporting, supports awards and scholarship procedures, and supervises graduate assistants and interns. The role requires flexible hours, occasional team travel, NCAA knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, and commitment to ACU’s Christian mission.

Leads the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training programs for online education advising and student support teams. Oversees advisor onboarding, curriculum development, certification, needs assessments, performance evaluation, training materials, and instructional technology adoption. Uses metrics, call reviews, account audits, and learner feedback to measure effectiveness. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, manages multiple initiatives, and supports adult learning and professional development across the Enrollment Division.

Supports and leads advisor training through live and virtual facilitation, content development, documentation management, scheduling, assessments, and follow-up. Maintains Salesforce knowledge resources and SOPs, creates materials using Canva and Adobe, analyzes QA data to identify performance gaps, and reviews applicant files for accuracy. Requires strong communication, organization, technology skills, collaboration, and commitment to ACU’s Christian mission.
