Drive new business by generating leads and building relationships with Indian private bus operators. Present services, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams for implementation, attend industry events, produce sales reports/forecasts, and meet/exceed sales targets while safeguarding company data.

Build responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js/Express.js, integrate frontends with RESTful APIs, work with MongoDB or MySQL, leverage AI coding assistants to scaffold, refactor, test, and document code, rapidly prototype MVPs, participate in code reviews, and ship production-grade features while following secure data-handling practices.

Work with QA team on manual and automated testing for web and mobile apps. Design and run test cases, log defects in JIRA, assist with Selenium+Java automation, execute API and mobile tests, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support release validation and test reporting.

The Senior Executive - Sales is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets in the Indian private bus transportation sector.

Lead end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, and infra for high-traffic systems. Guide 10–20 engineers, own technical roadmap, enforce standards, manage projects, and integrate AI-native tooling to accelerate development, improve quality, and enhance product capabilities while maintaining reliability, security, and observability.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot. Own features end-to-end, optimize performance and reliability, write unit and automation tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and integrate modern AI tooling and vector DBs as needed.

Own multi-quarter strategy and day-to-day delivery for BusGDS, a B2B bus distribution platform. Define roadmap, build business cases, write PRDs, drive discovery-to-release cycles, instrument metrics and A/B tests, and partner with engineering, sales, operations, and external operators to onboard, increase adoption, and improve inventory, pricing, and distribution workflows.

Lead category strategy and business planning for assigned travel/marketplace categories: own P&L, revenue and margin targets, market sizing, go-to-market and pricing, operator onboarding and partnerships, and cross-functional execution with Product, Marketing, Data, and Finance. Drive revenue growth initiatives, operator success programs, and pan-India relationships; run monthly reviews and build a high-accountability operating culture.

Design, develop, and maintain high-availability backend services using Node.js/Express. Work with MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra and ORMs (Sequelize, Mongoose). Build scalable APIs, use Kafka and real-time WebSocket streams, optimize performance and memory, produce low-level design, debug live systems, and collaborate cross-functionally. Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development while validating outputs.
