Entry-level QA Engineer (6-month contract) to perform manual and automation testing of web and mobile applications. Design and execute test cases, perform functional, regression, UI, exploratory testing, log defects in JIRA, assist in Selenium with Java automation, support API and mobile testing, participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with developers and product managers, and prepare test reports. Lead end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, and infra for high-traffic systems. Guide 10–20 engineers, own technical roadmap, enforce standards, manage projects, and integrate AI-native tooling to accelerate development, improve quality, and enhance product capabilities while maintaining reliability, security, and observability.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/J2EE backend services and APIs. Own features end-to-end, optimize for performance and reliability, write tests, and collaborate with Product/Design/QA. Integrate AI/LLM-based functionality, vector DBs, and cloud-native tooling when required.

Lead territory sales and business development for AbhiBus by acquiring corporate clients, travel partners, and bus operators. Own full sales lifecycle, negotiate contracts, manage key accounts, collaborate cross-functionally, forecast sales, represent the company at events, mentor team members, and ensure client satisfaction and compliance.

Own category strategy, P&L, and revenue for assigned marketplace categories. Drive go-to-market, pricing, operator onboarding, and monetization. Lead cross-functional execution with Product, Marketing, Data, and Finance. Build operator success programs, run business reviews, and travel to key markets to develop partnerships and improve supply quality.

Design, develop, and maintain high-availability backend services using Node.js/Express. Work with MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra and ORMs (Sequelize, Mongoose). Build scalable APIs, use Kafka and real-time WebSocket streams, optimize performance and memory, produce low-level design, debug live systems, and collaborate cross-functionally. Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development while validating outputs.

Drive new business by generating leads and building relationships with Indian private bus operators. Present services, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams for implementation, attend industry events, produce sales reports/forecasts, and meet/exceed sales targets while safeguarding company data.
