Identify search opportunities, analyze user intent and competitors, improve landing pages, develop scalable content systems, and run experiments to increase organic visibility, authority, and booking conversions. Collaborate with SEO, product, and engineering teams while tracking content performance across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, and emerging answer engines.

Develop and maintain scalable Java/J2EE backend services, APIs, and distributed systems. Own features through design, deployment, monitoring, testing, and optimization. Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams while applying strong coding, analytical, and system-design skills. Integrate generative AI and LLM capabilities using Spring AI or LangChain4j, implement RAG workflows with vector databases, and build AI orchestration layers. Work with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud-native technologies, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Generate leads among private bus operators, build client relationships, present service solutions, negotiate contracts, coordinate implementation, monitor market trends, prepare sales reports and forecasts, attend industry events, resolve client concerns, and achieve sales targets.

Drive complex, cross-functional technology programs from problem definition through production delivery. Translate objectives into plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution paths; coordinate distributed engineering and partner teams; understand technical architectures, APIs, data flows, and system constraints; identify risks, blockers, and critical paths; facilitate decisions; and maintain leadership visibility across multiple workstreams in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Own end-to-end technical architecture across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data systems. Lead 10–20 engineers across concurrent initiatives, guide technical decisions, mentor teams, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and maintain reliability, security, observability, and technical health. Drive AI-native engineering practices across the software development lifecycle and partner with product stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-traffic consumer platforms.

Develop full-stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. Build REST APIs, integrate databases, create responsive interfaces, and rapidly prototype MVPs. Use AI coding assistants for scaffolding, refactoring, testing, debugging, reviews, and documentation while critically evaluating their output. Participate in code reviews, team discussions, iteration based on feedback, and production-quality software delivery.

Develop and maintain scalable Node.js backend services and APIs using Express.js, relational and NoSQL databases, ORMs, Kafka, streams, and WebSockets. Optimize performance, memory usage, reliability, and high availability while contributing to low-level design and architectural decisions. Debug production applications, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI coding assistants for development, architecture planning, code reviews, optimization, and testing.

Supports manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include designing test cases, functional and regression testing, defect tracking in JIRA, bug verification, Selenium automation with Java, API and mobile testing, test reporting, and participation in Agile ceremonies.
