Build production-grade web features using React.js and Node.js in an AI-native workflow. Develop responsive UIs, RESTful APIs, and database schemas (MongoDB/MySQL). Use AI coding assistants for scaffolding, testing, refactoring, and debugging, while critically reviewing outputs. Rapidly prototype MVPs, participate in code reviews, and follow Agile and deployment best practices.

Lead and own end-to-end technical architecture across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Guide and mentor a 10-20 engineer team, prioritize roadmap, ensure delivery, maintain reliability, security, and observability. Drive AI-native engineering practices and partner with Product to translate requirements into technical plans.

Manage administrative operations including security, housekeeping, vendor management, and travel arrangements while ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards.
