Build and maintain full-stack applications with React.js and Node.js. Develop scalable REST APIs, optimize MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra databases, and implement Kafka-based messaging, streams, and WebSockets. Contribute to low-level design, performance optimization, debugging, code reviews, and CI/CD. Use AI coding assistants throughout development while validating generated output. Applicants must submit a working React and Node prototype plus documentation of their AI-assisted development process.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/J2EE backend services, APIs, and distributed systems. Own features through deployment and monitoring, optimize performance and reliability, write automated tests, and collaborate cross-functionally. Integrate generative AI and LLM capabilities using Spring AI or LangChain4j, build RAG workflows with vector databases, and develop efficient orchestration layers. Work with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud-native technologies, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Drive complex, cross-functional technology programs from problem definition through production delivery. Translate objectives into plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution paths; coordinate distributed engineering and partner teams; understand technical architectures, APIs, data flows, and system constraints; identify risks and blockers; facilitate decisions; and maintain leadership visibility across multiple workstreams.
