Conduct high-volume recruiting outreach to legal process servers and gig-work candidates across the U.S. Source, screen, and vet applicants; build candidate pipelines and talent pools in ATS/CRM systems; execute outreach campaigns; track recruiting metrics and KPIs; and keep hiring managers informed about sourcing strategies, hires, and pipeline status.

Contract Senior Accountant to support M&A accounting integration for acquired businesses: post journal entries, perform bank and GL reconciliations, assist with AP/AR, 1099 preparation, audit support, and reporting while transitioning acquired companies into ABC Legal's financial systems.

Own end-to-end marketplace operations for the Southwest (priority AZ and TX). Balance supply and demand, recruit and manage high-volume servers, run pilots, respond to incidents, manage regional incentives and budgets, report market health, and feed learnings back to scale across the network.

Manage a live book of court hearings by calling, texting, and emailing attorneys to secure coverage, negotiate fees, triage pipeline priorities, onboard and support attorneys, update clients, and maintain accurate CRM records to meet daily metrics.
