As an Account Manager, you'll maintain client accounts, build relationships, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Owner of enterprise client outcomes, retention, and growth. Manage account portfolio, run QBRs, analyze performance data, lead EDI/API integrations and onboarding, document SOPs, and use AI tools to scale analysis and communications. Collaborate across Sales, Dev, Ops, Performance, and Compliance.

The Data Entry Specialist reviews and files legal documents online, collaborates with teams, investigates discrepancies, and completes projects as assigned.

Maintain and improve internal automation and AI-powered systems; monitor tool performance and resolve issues; support integrations and QA testing; document systems and enable team onboarding; act as Tier 2 escalation and translate operational needs into technical requirements with Engineering.

Manage and develop relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. Handle inbound requests, recruit additional users, monitor partner performance, provide client support, collaborate with marketing, support events, and proactively cold-call prospective partners to generate new business.
