Responsibilities include full-stack development, user testing, launch management, technical architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to AI-native platforms. The role also involves improving technical excellence across product development, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and data security while helping shape product direction and engineering practices.

Build and deploy AI-powered products and workflow automation for home healthcare. Responsibilities include developing agents and intelligent workflows, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, document intelligence systems, evaluations, monitoring, and production AI components. Partner with clinical, product, design, and operations teams to understand workflows, improve system quality through feedback and error analysis, and determine when to use AI, deterministic software, or human review.

Own the design, development, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring of production AI systems for healthcare workflows. Build reliable agents and copilots that reason over structured and unstructured data, integrate tools, handle uncertainty, and escalate to human reviewers when needed. Partner cross-functionally with product, clinical, operations, and engineering teams, while mentoring engineers and shaping reusable Applied AI platform capabilities.

Lead end-to-end product design for an AI-powered healthcare platform serving family caregivers, clinicians, and operators. Responsibilities include user research, product strategy, journey mapping, prototyping, design systems, accessibility, technical collaboration, and production delivery. The role also involves mentoring designers, facilitating workshops, defining product success metrics, and creating safe human-in-the-loop AI experiences within healthcare regulations.

Design end-to-end web and mobile product experiences for family caregivers, clinicians, and operators. Own research, workflows, information architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration. Build scalable design systems for complex, permissioned, multi-role workflows and contribute to trustworthy AI-assisted experiences. Partner with product, engineering, clinical, operations, and compliance teams in a regulated healthcare environment.

Lead Abby Care’s marketing function and define its category strategy as an AI-enabled home care company. Own positioning, brand consistency, content, creative, growth marketing, team development, cross-functional alignment, performance reporting, budget management, and market expansion. The role requires communicating effectively with caregivers, health plans, providers, executives, and regulators while scaling a high-performing marketing organization.

Source, engage, assess, and close technical talent across engineering, product, data, and design. Build multichannel sourcing programs, develop technical evaluation frameworks, advise leadership on hiring priorities and compensation, manage offer strategies, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role requires data-driven recruiting, market expertise, and the ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced San Francisco startup environment.

Administer Abby Care’s identity, endpoint, access, and productivity systems across distributed teams. Responsibilities include managing Okta, Terraform-based RBAC, JAMF macOS deployments, SentinelOne security agents, Google Workspace, SaaS and hardware inventories, and Tier 2/3 technical escalations. The role also supports automation, compliance audits, security controls, documentation, troubleshooting, and access certifications for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Lead and scale Abby Care's privacy and AI governance programs: own HIPAA and state privacy compliance, BAA program, AI use-case review and monitoring, incident response, vendor and outside counsel management, cross-functional legal partnership with Product/Engineering/Clinical, and hire and lead the privacy/AI team.
