Serve as the primary compliance owner for a 2-3 state cluster: localize policies, prepare for and respond to licensure surveys/audits, monitor state regulatory changes, deliver state-specific training, execute monitoring and remediation, and partner closely with operations leadership to ensure regulatory adherence across Medicaid home health, HCBS waivers, and family caregiver services.

Source, engage, assess, and close technical talent across engineering, product, data, and design. Build multichannel sourcing programs, develop technical evaluation frameworks, advise leadership on hiring priorities and compensation, manage offer strategies, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role requires data-driven recruiting, market expertise, and the ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced San Francisco startup environment.

Leads RN Case Managers and supports field nurses through supervision, training, clinical guidance, quality assurance, order management, documentation reviews, and compliance oversight. The role manages EMR orders, Start of Care and Face-to-Face documentation, interdisciplinary meetings, billing memos, and clinical workflow improvements while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory adherence. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado.
