Build and own React Native mobile applications from concept through launch in a healthcare technology startup. Drive product and platform development, collaborate with operations, clinical, compliance, and product teams, conduct user testing, and contribute to technical architecture. Develop greenfield AI-native systems, integrate backend and AI services, uphold healthcare standards, and help shape the engineering roadmap and development culture.

Owner of territory growth through consultative relationships with Case Management Agencies and individual case managers. Drive high-volume referrals via field-based outreach, education, pipeline management, and close collaboration with ops to convert referrals into admissions.

The Chief of Staff partners with the CEO and executive team on corporate strategy, special projects, strategic planning, board and investor communications, and company-wide operating systems. The role drives cross-functional accountability, improves workflows and meeting cadences, prepares executive materials, supports fundraising and hiring initiatives, and manages the CEO’s project load and administrative infrastructure. This is an in-person San Francisco position requiring evening and weekend engagement as needed.
