Lead high-impact analytics initiatives across operations, clinical, finance, product, and engineering. Define trusted metrics, data models, dashboards, forecasting and risk models, clinical outcome measurements, and experimentation frameworks. Partner with product and engineering on data architecture and AI-enabled workflows, improve analytics quality and scalability, and translate complex analyses into executive recommendations.

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered healthcare experiences serving family caregivers, clinicians, and operators. Own discovery, research, journey mapping, prototyping, design systems, information architecture, and production delivery. Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to shape strategy and roadmap decisions. Mentor designers, facilitate critiques and workshops, and design safe human-in-the-loop AI features while addressing healthcare regulations and complex workflows.

Collects, verifies, and tracks caregiver, family, insurance, certification, and clinical documentation for onboarding and active-case compliance. Communicates with families and provider offices through phone, text, email, and fax; manages 50–70 daily calls; identifies documentation errors, monitors expirations, sends reminders, maintains AbbyOS and Salesforce V3 records, and protects patient information under HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations.
