Build and manage referral-generating partnerships with Colorado case management agencies and case managers. Conduct field-based outreach, educate partners about care programs, troubleshoot referrals, manage territory pipelines in a CRM, and achieve referral and admission targets. The role requires consultative relationship building, strong knowledge of Colorado’s CMA landscape, and familiarity with Medicaid, disability services, or home-based care.

Build and own full-stack products and platforms for an AI-powered family caregiving system. Lead development from requirements and technical design through testing and launch, collaborate with operations, clinical, compliance, and product teams, and contribute to cloud infrastructure, machine learning, data security, and healthcare technology standards.

Administer Abby Care’s identity, endpoint, access, and productivity systems across distributed teams. Responsibilities include managing Okta, Terraform-based RBAC, JAMF macOS deployments, SentinelOne security agents, Google Workspace, SaaS and hardware inventories, and Tier 2/3 technical escalations. The role also supports automation, compliance audits, security controls, documentation, troubleshooting, and access certifications for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
