Provide individual and group counseling, diagnostic assessments, crisis intervention, and clinical oversight for youth. Maintain clinical records, complete ORR assessments, participate in treatment teams, train staff, accompany youth to services, and provide on-call support. Ensure behavior management, documentation, and program therapeutic requirements are met.

Supervise Youth Specialists to maintain a safe, structured therapeutic environment for unaccompanied children. Train and schedule staff, monitor unit operations (logs, van use, maintenance, supplies, clothing), coordinate with case management and departments, enforce ORR and agency policies, participate in treatment teams, and ensure staff complete mandatory trainings and certifications.

Provide casework services to children in care and families to achieve permanency: conduct monthly/frequent face-to-face contacts, coordinate services and visitation, prepare reports, represent agency in court, maintain timely records, and participate in mandated trainings.

Provide individual and group counseling, diagnostic assessments, crisis intervention, and clinical guidance to case managers and youth staff. Maintain clinical records, complete ORR assessments, attend treatment team meetings, conduct intakes/assessments, offer on-call support, and facilitate trainings to support youth welfare and treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic social work services to children, foster and natural families: counseling, family visits, coordinate community/school/medical services, complete mandated paperwork, attend court and team meetings, support foster parents, and work toward reunification.

Provide casework counseling and coordinate services to foster children and families to achieve permanency. Conduct regular home and parent contacts, manage visitation plans, maintain CMS records, prepare FASPs and court reports, represent the agency in court, attend family meetings and required trainings.

Provide diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and clinical guidance to staff and case managers working with program youth. Conduct intake/safety assessments within 48 hours, maintain clinical records, participate in treatment teams, and deliver trainings. Requires bilingual service and program oversight to support youth welfare and therapeutic needs.

Provide clinical assessments and individual, family, and group therapy for children and adolescents; attend treatment team and clinical meetings; coordinate with social services and community mental health providers; document evaluations and treatments; support placement and service identification for children in foster care and residential settings.

Provide individual and group mental health counseling, crisis intervention, staff and family workshops, clinical recordkeeping, and participate in treatment team meetings for students in Bronx community schools. Support teachers with behavior management and conduct home visits and referrals as needed.

Assess needs of unaccompanied children, create and update Individual Service Plans, screen for human trafficking, coordinate releases/discharges and referrals, document case activity per ORR and licensing standards, conduct home visits and weekly face-to-face meetings, participate in rotations and trainings, and collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure safe timely care.
