Oversees day habilitation programs across multiple locations, including daily operations, staff supervision, scheduling, regulatory compliance, documentation, participant safety, individualized service planning, staff training, reporting, and coordination with treatment teams, families, and advocates. Ensures services comply with OPWDD, Medicaid, CMS, and agency requirements while maintaining quality, meaningful participant outcomes, and adequate program coverage.

Supervises a socio-therapy team serving children in an enhanced family foster care program. Responsibilities include behavior planning, clinical intervention guidance, staff supervision and performance evaluation, team meetings, documentation oversight, emergency response, and collaboration with case-planning teams and government agencies to support child safety and permanency.

Provides clinical assessments, evaluations, and individual, family, and group therapy for children and adolescents in foster care, group homes, residential, and community settings. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams, social workers, childcare staff, and community mental health providers on treatment planning and service coordination. Maintains clinical documentation, participates in staff meetings and continuing education, and applies evidence-based practices and complex-trauma knowledge.
