Provide individual and group counseling, diagnostic assessments, crisis intervention, and clinical oversight for youth. Maintain clinical records, complete ORR assessments, participate in treatment teams, train staff, accompany youth to services, and provide on-call support. Ensure behavior management, documentation, and program therapeutic requirements are met.

Supervise Youth Specialists to maintain a safe, structured therapeutic environment for unaccompanied children. Train and schedule staff, monitor unit operations (logs, van use, maintenance, supplies, clothing), coordinate with case management and departments, enforce ORR and agency policies, participate in treatment teams, and ensure staff complete mandatory trainings and certifications.

Provide casework services to children in care and families to achieve permanency: conduct monthly/frequent face-to-face contacts, coordinate services and visitation, prepare reports, represent agency in court, maintain timely records, and participate in mandated trainings.
