Research and identify prospective customers, execute outbound campaigns through phone, email, and social channels, follow up on marketing and event leads, understand prospect needs, communicate product value, achieve sales goals, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Own and build Abacum’s lifecycle marketing function from lead acquisition through sales conversion. Design nurture tracks, segmentation, lead scoring, routing, and account-based engagement programs. Manage HubSpot automation, data hygiene, deliverability, reporting, and funnel optimization. Partner closely with sales to define lead readiness and measure stage-to-stage conversion and pipeline contribution. This is a hands-on role requiring strong marketing operations, analytics, and execution experience in a B2B company.

Provide first-line IT support for employees across the Americas, resolving hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues. Provision and deprovision devices and accounts, manage enrollment, patching, compliance, permissions, MFA, and asset inventory. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases, support shipping and returns, and escalate complex issues through resolution. The role also helps establish regional IT support processes and workflows.

Partners with Sales to build financial-modeling proofs of concept, dashboards, and compelling customer narratives. Translates business requirements into Abacum models, maintains demo environments, develops industry-specific demo assets, incorporates new product capabilities, and helps create repeatable POC frameworks, templates, and playbooks. Requires strong financial modeling, SaaS metrics knowledge, commercial problem-solving, and the ability to learn tools quickly.

Design and build Abacum’s integrations platform for ingesting, normalizing, and annotating financial and business data. Develop scalable bidirectional integrations with accounting, ERP, billing, commerce, and HRIS platforms. Lead architecture for secure authentication, resilient APIs, low-code connector tools, and data-heavy systems. Collaborate with product, design, finance experts, and customers to solve complex workflows while establishing technical standards and supporting platform performance at scale.

Implement financial planning and EPM platform projects, develop financial models, manage project plans and deadlines, onboard and train clients, provide support, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on platform improvements. The role requires FP&A knowledge, Excel modeling proficiency, client-facing communication, and experience implementing platforms such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Drivetrain, or Pigment.

Own end-to-end financial planning and EPM implementation projects, from presales scoping through delivery and value realization. Partner with Sales on effort estimates and SOW presentations, manage scope, risks, budgets, resources, partners, and stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Serve as a trusted advisor to finance clients, provide hands-on platform and FP&A expertise, improve delivery methodologies, deploy AI-enabled efficiencies, and mentor junior consultants.

Own the operating infrastructure for Abacum’s implementation and partner-delivery model. Build delivery-routing criteria, capacity models, implementation health reporting, quality benchmarks, playbooks, cross-functional handoffs, partner performance tracking, and time-to-value reporting. Work across implementation, partnerships, sales, customer success, and revenue operations to establish scalable processes, influence senior stakeholders, and improve delivery consistency and performance.

Own end-to-end financial planning platform implementation projects, from pre-sales scoping through delivery and value realization. Responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, resource plans, managing scope and risk, coordinating internal teams and partners, advising senior finance stakeholders, resolving platform and FP&A questions, improving delivery methodology, and mentoring junior consultants.

Deliver financial planning platform implementations, manage project plans and deadlines, build financial models, and onboard, train, and support clients. Explain financial and technical concepts to stakeholders, apply FP&A knowledge to improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation processes, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on platform innovations.

The Strategic Initiatives Lead partners with the Chief of Staff to solve high-priority business problems across Growth and go-to-market functions. Responsibilities include identifying scalable pipeline channels, building AI-enabled demand-generation workflows with tools such as Clay and n8n, analyzing data, executing initiatives end to end, developing recommendations, and documenting successful processes into repeatable playbooks.

Build and scale Abacum’s complex data and real-time calculation platform using Python, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include designing performant reusable components, supporting user-defined data models and formulas, improving observability and operational reliability, collaborating with product and design teams, incorporating customer feedback, and scaling platform performance for growing client data volumes. Bonus experience includes DataFrames technologies, ML and AI solutions, and complex data platform scaling.

Build performant, reusable frontend interfaces for complex finance and business-planning workflows, including data visualizations, customization tools, modeling components, and real-time calculations. Collaborate with product, design, operations, and engineering teams; incorporate customer feedback; optimize data structures and application performance; maintain observability; and take operational ownership of developed components.
