Teams at Abacum

Integrate client data and systems into Abacum, build financial models, onboard and train clients, provide ad hoc financial analysis, and collaborate with Engineering and Product on new features. The role requires client-facing communication, Excel-based analysis, independent problem-solving, rapid learning, and ownership. Candidates should have at least two years of FP&A, broader finance, or consulting experience.

Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and geographies, including sourcing, hiring-manager partnership, interview processes, offers, and closing. Manage headcount targets and funnel metrics, provide weekly hiring updates, and build scalable recruiting infrastructure such as scorecards, interview loops, SLAs, reporting, and data hygiene in Ashby. Partner with leadership on compensation, onboarding, headcount planning, employer brand, and careers content.

Own end-to-end financial planning platform implementation projects, from pre-sales scoping through delivery and value realization. Responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, resource plans, managing scope and risk, coordinating internal teams and partners, advising senior finance stakeholders, resolving platform and FP&A questions, improving delivery methodology, and mentoring junior consultants.
