Assists with accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, financial recordkeeping, accounting documentation, reconciliations, reporting, month-end processes, and special projects. The intern supports process improvements and administrative accounting duties while gaining practical experience in a professional accounting environment. The role requires academic enrollment and credit eligibility, attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Supports the Operations team with daily administrative tasks, records, spreadsheets, data entry, scheduling, work-order tracking, reporting, KPI monitoring, process improvement, coordination, and special projects. The internship provides hands-on experience in business and facility operations and is intended for students eligible to receive academic credit.

Supports the Accounting and Finance team with accounting and financial data entry, invoice and payment processing, record organization, accounts payable and receivable tasks, discrepancy review, and administrative projects. The intern gains practical experience with accounting operations, financial records, Excel, and professional workplace processes while earning eligible academic credit.
