Provides administrative support to office and operations teams by managing calls, emails, records, schedules, meetings, correspondence, reports, presentations, and coordination with vendors, clients, and internal staff. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Lead company-wide Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across multi-state facilities operations. Develop policies, training, inspections, incident investigations, OSHA compliance, audits, and corrective actions. Partner with operations to reduce risk, support workers' compensation and return-to-work, and drive a proactive safety culture with regular field visits and multi-site oversight.

Unpaid fall internship supporting the IT Manager with daily technical support, computer setup, software installation, account management, system updates, troubleshooting, documentation, and IT projects. Intended for students receiving academic credit and gaining hands-on IT experience.
