Serves as a process subject matter expert, identifies inefficiencies and compliance risks, and partners with IT and operations to implement supporting systems. Requires HVAC manufacturing operations experience and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Leads revenue and project accounting, financial close, reporting, controls, audits, and accounting system administration. Oversees revenue recognition, reconciliations, journal entries, process improvements, system enhancements, and technical accounting guidance. Partners cross-functionally with finance, sales, operations, billing, and IT, while managing direct reports and supporting forecasting, integrations, acquisitions, and business transformation initiatives.

Owns and continuously improves end-to-end business processes by defining strategy, monitoring KPIs, leading redesign initiatives, governing documentation and change management, and serving as a process subject matter expert. Partners with stakeholders, IT, and operations to implement supporting systems, resolve escalations, and ensure process quality, compliance, scalability, and alignment with business goals, particularly within HVAC manufacturing operations.

The role investigates discrepancies, resolves complex accounting issues, supports process improvements, collaborates with business stakeholders, and mentors less experienced accounting staff while ensuring accurate and timely financial information.

Create and schedule punch, laser, SL4 and bender programs for sheet metal production on Salvagnini equipment; troubleshoot software and machine issues; monitor scrap and material transfers; order raw materials; train and lead other programmers; coordinate production with OPS system and resolve part production issues with engineering.

Supervises a Product Engineering Support team that coordinates technical requests across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, warranty, and operations. The role is based in a manufacturing facility and may require occasional travel to customers and project sites.

Creates and revises electrical drawings for manufacturing, updates designs to meet production requirements, interprets technical manuals and instructions, and uses in-house drawing management programs. The role requires CAD knowledge, technical communication, problem-solving, multitasking, teamwork, and the ability to work in manufacturing environments with physical demands and exposure to heat, cold, dust, and chemical fumes.
