Provides technical leadership for HVAC and electrical controls engineering, including PLC and DDC programming, controls architecture, system standards, design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Leads complex projects, evaluates emerging technologies, ensures compliance with applicable standards, and mentors engineers. The role supports commissioning, testing, and field activities, with work performed in office and manufacturing environments and occasional travel required.

Leads quality engineering and QMS compliance activities, including quality metrics, statistical and root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, continuous improvement, customer complaint resolution, and supplier/manufacturing quality oversight. Maintains the Quality Manual, reports quality performance to leadership and customers, supports cross-functional problem solving, and supervises assigned quality personnel. The role includes regular domestic travel to customer, service, manufacturing, and supplier locations.

Lead receiving and inventory activities: stage, sort, label, and maintain inventory; perform cycle counts; reject and log non-conforming goods; conduct daily forklift inspections; coordinate personnel for efficient operations; support cross-trained warehouse functions and cover team lead duties as needed.
