Provide administrative support to the Director of Manufacturing and team: handle phones, scheduling, communications, filing, basic bookkeeping, and office systems. Maintain electronic and physical records, coordinate meetings, and frequent visits to the manufacturing facility. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and MS Office proficiency.

Lead risk-based operational, financial, compliance, and SOX audits across manufacturing and corporate functions. Evaluate ICFR and controls, perform walkthroughs and testing, develop SOX documentation, use data analytics to identify risks, recommend remediation, coordinate with external auditors, support enterprise risk assessments, and mentor junior audit staff.

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network and server infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN, firewalls, switches, VPNs). Support Windows Server and VMware environments, administer DNS/DHCP/Active Directory, perform Tier III troubleshooting, lead infrastructure projects, maintain documentation, enforce network security, participate in on-call rotations, and work in office and manufacturing environments with PPE requirements.
