Supervise daily production-floor operations, coordinate manufacturing activities and departmental workflows, analyze production requirements, plan schedules, track labor and production costs, prepare shift reports, improve equipment performance and product quality, request materials and repairs, and ensure policy compliance.

Leads Teamcenter PLM strategy, governance, and delivery across engineering, manufacturing, and IT. Oversees requirements gathering, BOM and product data governance, lifecycle workflows, integrations with SAP and CAD systems, Azure DevOps backlog management, testing, release readiness, documentation, and process improvement. Supervises, mentors, and evaluates a development team while defining priorities, monitoring product KPIs, and aligning enterprise stakeholders.

Performs and reviews HVAC product R&D testing in psychrometric chambers, coordinates technicians and project engineers, verifies equipment calibration and test readiness, reviews test plans, validates test data, and analyzes results against DOE, ASHRAE, ASME, ISO, and other standards. Manages bills of materials, supports rework, and independently completes small laboratory projects.
