Lead Azure-to-AWS migrations, provide shared services, support data engineering platforms, implement observability with Prometheus/Grafana, improve deployment patterns (containers/Kubernetes), and enforce security best practices and runbooks.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with labor laws (Ministry of Labor/ERGANI), prepare employment contracts, handle recruitment/departure processes, monitor leaves and insurance liabilities, produce regular and ad-hoc employee reports, and coordinate with Finance, management and temporary employment companies.

Build and maintain backend services and APIs, write well-tested code, collaborate with product and frontend teams, monitor performance, and improve systems.
