Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, architect and build SaaS products, implement Agile-aligned software development best practices, collaborate with Product and stakeholders, write and review code, unblock teams, and drive continuous improvement and upskilling.

Design, build, and operate multi-cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Bicep). Lead Azure-to-AWS migrations, provide shared services, support data engineering platforms, implement observability with Prometheus/Grafana, improve deployment patterns (containers/Kubernetes), and enforce security best practices and runbooks.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with labor laws (Ministry of Labor/ERGANI), prepare employment contracts, handle recruitment/departure processes, monitor leaves and insurance liabilities, produce regular and ad-hoc employee reports, and coordinate with Finance, management and temporary employment companies.
