Build relationships with Congress, DOE, DOD, national labs, and agencies; shape funding strategies; coordinate cross-functional teams; draft policy materials; and represent Aalo in federal forums to support licensing, siting, manufacturing, and commercialization goals.

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer leads mechanical design for nuclear reactors. Responsibilities include design ownership, engineering analyses, mentoring, and ensuring safety standards.
