Hands-on Supply Chain Manager to build and scale end-to-end supply chain for factory-fabricated microreactors. Own supplier relationships, purchasing execution, inventory and demand planning, MRP contributions, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure reliable material availability and scalable processes.

Leads receiving, inventory control, material storage and routing, production kitting, point-of-use support, and inbound and outbound logistics across Austin and Idaho Falls. Builds scalable processes, controls, metrics, and teams while ensuring material traceability, inventory accuracy, quality compliance, and operational readiness. Partners with Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, carriers, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve material flow.

Manage engineering and technical documents through controlled workflows, including numbering, formatting, metadata, approvals, revisions, archival, and distribution. Support document procedures, configuration control, audits, inspections, and cross-functional documentation needs for engineering, quality, regulatory, and project teams. The role requires strong technical writing, organization, and experience with document control or configuration management in a regulated or engineering-focused environment.
