Develops, delivers, evaluates, and updates training programs for nuclear facility personnel. The role identifies training needs, creates training plans and LMS qualifications, incorporates conduct of operations, maintenance, ISMS, and human performance principles, and ensures compliance with DOE, NRC, state, and federal regulations. The position is based onsite in Idaho Falls, with frequent travel to Austin and work supporting INL activities.

Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. Source passive candidates, manage candidate screening and interviews, partner with hiring managers on strategy, improve recruiting processes and employer branding, and support university and internship hiring.

Design, build, instrument, and execute physical tests for mechanical, thermal, fluid, pressure, and chemical systems. Own test development from concept through fixture design, procurement, assembly, shakedown, troubleshooting, data capture, and analysis. Create procedures and safety controls, interpret experimental results, and translate findings into design improvements. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, fabrication, EHS, and operations to develop disciplined prototype and validation capabilities for advanced nuclear reactor systems.
