Lead company-wide auto and general liability claims: investigate, evaluate, negotiate repairs and settlements, manage litigation support, oversee vendor and body-shop relationships, run loss-prevention programs, supervise a claims coordinator, and partner with Operations to protect assets and reputation.

Supervise daily valet and ramp operations, ensure timely, safe vehicle handling and guest service, train and coach valet staff, manage staffing and shift paperwork, maintain safety/security of vehicles and work area, and act as manager-on-duty when Operations Manager is off.
