Provides valet and guest services at a hotel by greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, opening doors, giving directions, securing keys, and delivering fast, friendly service. Requires flexible availability, outdoor work, physical activity, safe driving, professional appearance, and excellent communication. Employees must meet customer-service standards, follow uniform policies, and pass a background check.

Supervise daily valet and ramp operations, ensure timely, safe vehicle handling and guest service, train and coach valet staff, manage staffing and shift paperwork, maintain safety/security of vehicles and work area, and act as manager-on-duty when Operations Manager is off.
