Provides accounting guidance and training, supports process improvements, and partners with department leaders. The role requires onsite work Monday through Friday at the Portland administrative headquarters.

Leads profitable insurance agency growth across a large region, overseeing sales performance, recruitment, development, and supervision of 20–30 insurance professionals. Partners with onsite leaders, recommends growth strategies, manages performance and disciplinary recommendations, and supports departmental goals. Requires Property and Casualty Insurance licensing, at least five years of insurance sales leadership experience, strong managerial, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, plus regional travel up to 25%.

Supports AAA Travel Services by troubleshooting travel technology, reservation systems, access, configuration, transaction, and workflow issues. Serves as a resource for travel agents, communicates technical and operational information, documents resolutions, manages competing priorities, maintains accurate records, and promotes consistent procedures and continuous process improvement.
