Supports the Travel Administration team through quality control reviews, procedure maintenance, project coordination, process improvement, invoice and report reconciliation, vendor billing support, recordkeeping, and operational communication. The role helps travel staff deliver efficient, accurate service and strong member satisfaction while coordinating daily priorities and collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners.

Performs advanced accounting functions, including complex journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, financial statement preparation, month-end close, audit support, and GAAP compliance. Provides accounting guidance and training, supports process improvements, and partners with department leaders. The role requires onsite work Monday through Friday at the Portland administrative headquarters.

Leads profitable insurance agency growth across a large region, overseeing sales performance, recruitment, development, and supervision of 20–30 insurance professionals. Partners with onsite leaders, recommends growth strategies, manages performance and disciplinary recommendations, and supports departmental goals. Requires Property and Casualty Insurance licensing, at least five years of insurance sales leadership experience, strong managerial, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, plus regional travel up to 25%.
