Hands-on HR role managing day-to-day People & Culture operations for ~160 employees in Bali. Responsibilities include HR policy adaptation and compliance with Indonesian labour law, managing payroll and benefits (Talenta, BPJS, tax), HRIS maintenance, recruitment and onboarding support, employee relations, and coaching an HR Assistant. Acts as local HR representative to global team and partners with Legal and Finance to mitigate compliance risks and improve operational efficiency.
