Analyze multifamily portfolio financial and operational performance, including income statements, rent rolls, NOI, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. Support investor reporting, value-creation initiatives, capital project analysis, hold/sell evaluations, refinancing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Collaborate with asset managers and property teams to translate operational results into financial recommendations. Maintain dashboards and improve asset-management reporting processes and data quality.

Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, consolidated reporting, financial modeling, KPI development, and strategic analysis. Oversee acquisition and development underwriting, capital allocation, financing relationships, and banking partnerships. Build scalable finance infrastructure, strengthen internal controls, and lead the accounting and finance team. Partner with ownership, executives, lenders, and investors to communicate performance, assess risks, improve profitability, and progressively assume CFO-level responsibilities.

Manage full-cycle accounting for a multifamily property portfolio, lead month-end close, prepare owner-facing financial packages, oversee reconciliations, AP/AR and GL maintenance, support budgeting and forecasting, implement process improvements, and supervise a team of 4-7 accountants while partnering with operations and leadership.
