Teams at A T WONUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC

Manage full-cycle accounting for a multifamily property portfolio, lead month-end close, prepare owner-facing financial packages, oversee reconciliations, AP/AR and GL maintenance, support budgeting and forecasting, implement process improvements, and supervise a team of 4-7 accountants while partnering with operations and leadership.

Support a lean marketing team by producing content (social, email, blogs, property materials), executing hands-on design work, organizing digital assets, tracking social analytics, conducting market research, and assisting on varied weekly projects under the Director of Marketing. Part-time, on-site internship with mentorship and real campaign experience.

On-site role managing daily operations of multifamily communities: leasing, renewals, resident relations, collections, move-ins/outs, inspections, vendor coordination, and supporting maintenance to ensure occupancy and compliance with policies and Fair Housing.
