Clean and refresh guest rooms and public areas to brand standards, replace linens, stock amenities, report maintenance/lost items, meet daily quotas, ensure guest safety and follow health protocols.

Provide administrative support to the sales team and Director of Sales: prepare contracts and proposals, manage client databases and reports, coordinate site visits and appointments, track leads and revenue data, assist with events and promotions, handle client inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Lead and support the front desk team to deliver warm, efficient guest service. Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest issue resolution. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, ensure smooth shift operations, and maintain a clean, organized front desk. Provide hands-on support during busy periods and coach staff to improve service.
